Story: I had some 150mm hybrid turrets lying around that weren’t selling, and since they function similarly to the 125mm ones, I decided to put them to use. I saw a video on YouTube suggesting the use of Plutonium Navy ammo specifically for the Skybreaker. My plan is to use this fit only in Firestorm filaments, as enemies in Gamma filaments have too much armor.
The video recommended 500 units of Plutonium, but I brought 700 just in case. In the first room, I found the Skybreaker; I orbited at 15–20 km and it died quickly. This seems like an excellent way to use those pesky 150mm guns I had no use for. By the way, I think I can clear all weathers with this fit if I’m careful. I’ve done all weathers before with a similar 125mm fit, but the Skybreaker had never shown up until now with this fit.
(Note: To convert this to a 125mm fit, simply replace the 150mm Compressed Coil Guns with 125mm Compressed Coil Gun I).
