Reason of the fit … have no decent use for 150mm projectile ammo. I think this fit, an adapted version of abyss tracker, can run gamma using fusion or at least recover the cost. In a character i have good stats i can do 207dps with simple fusion s, then probably can survive.
Is cap stable, i activate the shield and go to kiss the enemies orbiting them. Look as is better put 4000 fusion at least and if u can use directly the republic fleet better. Mechanic is use shield and afterburner all the time. shoot. ONLY IN GAMMA
Veredict. Use for discard the ship and turrets but Devoted hunter CAN kill you i kill him once and lost other Fun but fragile. I had more ships of this type, and look as a good idea but the size of the gun (meta level) dont matter. And i was using a good character. I dont get other idea instead the x5, but you can use other module without problem.
Disclaimer, i rarely use slasher. My suggestion is use if u already have the fit, but know skybreaker can kill you, maybe you prefer use the punisher similar version.
Use Fusion and republic fusion for devoted hunter

- Blasneedle Tesella * 2 orbit them and run if need repair
- Sparkneedle Tesella * 2 orbit them and run if need repair
- Strikeneedle Tesella * 2 orbit them and run if need repair
- Devoted Hunter Orbit at 2 and ready to change toi republic fleet. That kill you if u lost time. You can kill him with republic fleet orbit at 0. I kill one, he kill me one. DOABLE.
- Epialthes Lancer Orbit at zero, no problem.
- Lucifer Dramiel, no problem orbit at zero
- Striking Damavik, no problem orbit at zero
